The Bathroom

Remove unnecessary items from the counters (toothbrushes, perfumes, hair brushes etc.)
Organize the linen and medicine cabinets
Thoroughly clean the bathtub, toilet and sink areas and ensure all mold is gone
Polish fixtures
Clean mirrors and wash floors
Repair any broken hinges, doors, leaky sinks and faucets
Repair tiles that need grout work
Patch and paint walls and ceilings
Add scented candles that aren't overpowering like vanilla and citrus
Bring in coordinating towels and accessories (or let your stager do it for you!)
Brighten up your shower/tub with a new shower curtain
